Undergraduate Registration Request Form

THIS FORM IS FOR ENROLLMENT INTO COLLEGE OF MANAGEMENT UNDERGRADUATE COURSES ONLY.

This form can be used and will be reviewed during active registration periods only.

This form can be used by anyone interested in taking a College of Management course and cannot self-enroll on Wiser, including: CM students, Students in one of CM's Partner Program, non-CM students, and non-degree students. Please note that students who are not in the management major will have delayed access to registration, and will only be able to take six management major courses IN TOTAL before being admitted to the major, minor, or partner program. Please do not submit this form before the designated registration dates, as the form will not be processed. Fall 2026 CM students registration access: April 6 (access by credits - see Wiser for your date)
Fall 2026 Partner Program students registration access: August 3
Fall 2026 Non-CM students registration access: August 10

*College of Management Partner Program students include: IT Majors taking a Professional Elective; Management Minors; International and National Student Exchange students; Sport Leadership students who are choosing a CM course option to meet a major requirement.
